Quad Gun Tractor
This was my second venture into the world of Armor. I went to the Hobby store
with my oldest son and was looking for a new project to do. I saw this little model
and said, "What an ugly thing that is!!". I asked my son if he wanted to try building it,
but he had his heart set on a Race car. So I decided to pick it up.
One thing I found to be a pain in this piece was the damn windows. I did say some
more colorful words the night I was placing them in. But Damn will suffice for
this page. Well, all in all, I had trouble, to the point where I took them all out
and decided to use them as templates for adding clear sheet styrene.
I had trouble with that to, but not as much as I had with the kit glass.
I brought this to my Clubs Mini-Competition and submitted it along with
my Walker Bulldog, and my VW. It took First place in the Intermediate
Mechanical division. I was stunned. I was hoping my Bulldog would come in first
or whatever. But I had no idea that this would make it. So I am kind of proud of my
little ugly model now!
